Location: New Orleans, LA (75% travel, 25% remote)

Term: Start October 15, 2018, 6-month contract with extension likely

Type: Rate plus travel expenses, 1099 or Corp-to-Corp only, no W-2s, no benefits


Provide organizational change management (OCM) support to one or more small to mid-sized projects within the large IT portfolio of a Utility company

Job Description

  • Provide full-lifecycle OCM support to IT project(s) including but not limited to: assess the need for OCM, develop the OCM strategy, conduct stakeholder and impact assessment, develop and execute leadership and stakeholder engagement plan, develop and execute training plan

  • Provide OCM support to one finance related project initially, but role will likely expand to support multiple projects

  • Think strategically (develop the plan) and execute tactically (do the work); hands-on consultants preferred

  • Experience providing OCM support within Finance organization a plus

  • Utilities experience a plus

  • Travel to New Orleans, LA and/or Jackson, MI Monday through Thursday

  • Travel is 75% onsite and 25% remote as consultants are not expected to travel on holiday weeks; travel is typically 3 weeks per month and 1 week remote

  • Client has standard 6-month contracts, assignments often last 1 year plus
