OCM Lead – Aerospace SAP - CLOSED

Client: Aerospace organization

Location: St. Louis, MO (onsite Monday through Thursday)

Duration: ASAP through May with possibility of extension

Type: 1099 or Corp-to-Corp only, no W2s, plus travel expenses

Context

  • Aerospace client is in immediate need for an organizational change management (OCM) lead to support ongoing, rolling implementation of SAP at manufacturing plants

  • Initial 2-3 plant implementations experienced post launch adoption challenges and workarounds due to a number of issues including reliance on client OCM resources

  • Previous training was 100% simulation training and was not optimal

  • Previous plants are now stable and team is preparing for next plant implementation

  • Needs someone in place in time for plant visit on February 18

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of experience providing organizational change management support to ERP implementations

  • Full lifecycle organizational change management skills, including audience and impact assessment, engagement strategy and execution, and training strategy and execution

  • Ability to develop as well as execute OCM strategy

  • Ability to develop an effective OCM framework/template for plant implementation to be leveraged for subsequent plant implementations

  • Ability to develop, execute and manage a plant readiness checklist

  • Experience leading an OCM team; this role will likely lead/partner with internal/client OCM resource as well as training developers

  • Experience transferring OCM capabilities to the client to execute in house

  • Comfortable working in an environment that has built in perceptions and resistance due to previous plant implementations

  • Aerospace experience preferred

  • SAP experience preferred
