Erin Abdelnour

Erin has 20 years of organizational change management consulting experience, specializing in leading and executing change strategies for IT initiatives. She gained her initial experience supporting ERP implementations and has most recently led transitions to Cloud solutions. She has advised companies across various industries, including energy supermajor, global agribusiness trading and processing, and multinational food processor and marketer companies.

Prior to launching ChangeStaffing, Erin worked as an independent consultant, led Hitachi Consulting’s regional change management practice, and spent the early part of her career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.  She earned an MBA from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. 

Erin is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston.

Richard Abdelnour

Richard has over 20 years of business and IT consulting experience, specializing in leading clients through strategic business transformations.  His expertise includes strategic planning, operational improvement, and program management.  He has advised clients across a variety of industries, including Oil Field Services, Utilities, Software, Hosting, Waste Management, Financial, and Transportation.

Prior to ChangeStaffing, Richard worked for Hitachi Consulting as a director in the Oil & Gas Management Consulting and Sales Operations practices.  Previously, he worked for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a strategy consultant, and BSG Corporation as an IT consultant.

Richard earned an MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
