Erin brings more than 20 years of organizational change management consulting experience, leading change strategies for complex business and technology transformations. Her experience spans ERP implementations, cloud transformations, and other enterprise initiatives across energy, agribusiness, food processing, and other industries.
Prior to cofounding ChangeStaffing, Erin worked as an independent consultant, led Hitachi Consulting’s regional change management practice, and began her consulting career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. She holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.

Richard brings more than 20 years of business and IT consulting experience, helping organizations navigate complex business and technology transformations. His experience spans strategic planning and transformational change across energy, utilities, financial services, technology, and other industries.
Prior to cofounding ChangeStaffing, Richard was a director with Hitachi Consulting, advising clients on large-scale business transformations. He began his consulting career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and previously worked as an IT consultant. Richard holds an MBA from Rice University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
